This is the first post of this blog. I’ll probably delete it in a few months, but tradition says you start with a hello world.
The plan here is to write about what I’ve been learning in the Engineering Manager seat: managing technical teams, AI in engineering (seriously, not as hype), people development, and personal stuff that doesn’t fit any of those buckets.
No defined cadence. I write when there’s something worth saying.
